Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Account Executive to join our team with American Home Care.

As an Account Executive /Medical Liaison, you will be responsible for managing and growing our patient accounts and building strong relationships with hospitals and medical facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, networking and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment.

Duties:
- Communicate with hospitals and medical facilities to acquire new patients, follow up on the home care referral and completion of the case

- Manage and grow existing relationships by working closely with case management in various medical facilities

- Networking events to foster collaboration with medical facilities for new patient referrals

- Collaborate with the Home Care team to ensure completion of each patient case and follow up

- Prepare reports and growth strategies for management review

Qualifications:
- Prior 2 year in Home Care, Health care field,
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with our medical facilities

We offer competitive compensation , on a per diem part time or full time basis, we offer a base salary plus a tiered commission / bonus structure

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
