Seeking new operators for Machine Operator work.

• Applicants must have experience with blueprint reading, mics and calipers, and operating machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Great if you would like working with a small staff under 20 persons
• Applicants must exhibit written and verbal communication skill
• Applicants must take a math test.
• CAD software proficiency is a plus, not required
• Currently a one-shift operation, we are seeking operators for day, night, or weekend shifts.

This Machine Operator Job includes: Using machinery as well as hand tools and gages to machine workpieces for production in a high-mix, large-part job shop. Tools and gages are provided. Apply your existing skills to support a new set of specialized machining operations. Orientation provided.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines, such as lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision parts...primarily manual engine lathes, CNC lathes, and manual mills.
• Read and interpret job routers, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machine setup and specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
