American Heritage Credit Union, a $4.6 billion credit union, has an immediate opening for a experienced AI Integration Developer. This position will perform software development functions for the credit union's artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot software and services, focusing on enhancing and updating the system. Integrate back-office systems with the chatbot process for the web and our telephone system.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Support the IPSoft chatbot software and integrate our existing software into the chatbot.
• Interview chatbot users to collect information about issues and lead users through diagnostic procedures to determine source of problem.
• Provide end-user support in the event of chatbot failure/malfunction.
• Create and maintain documentation relevant to chatbot software and services.
• Use a variety of technologies for connectivity and data transfer between systems.
• Maintain an understanding of the chatbot user interface (UI) to tune the system and business processes.
• Maintain an understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) and incorporate into the chat process if necessary.
• Escalate issues to tier II support, networks, or the security group as necessary.
• Maintain communication with third-party vendors (eg. IPSoft, Avtex).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Strong understanding of application programming interface (API) and integration software principals.
• Proven ability to write APIs and extract data from a system to feed to third-party chatbot provider.
• Proven ability to develop software in a variety of languages including but not limited to Java, VB.Net, Active Server Pages, C#, SQL and stored procedures.
• Basic understanding of chatbot technology.
• Work requires advanced working knowledge of Symitar, MS Office, MS Project and Windows.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make changes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work offsite or remotely without direct support.
