The ideal candidate will be experienced and thrive in fast-paced environments! As a medical receptionist you will provide support to ensure efficient operations of the clinic.
Location: Nashville, TN/surrounding areas
Details:
- Multiple locations within the Nashville, TN and surrounding area

- 10 hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Update basic patient information and input patient information into EMR
- Verify patient insurance/collect payments
- Maintain patient records/documents
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Knowledge of medical office systems and procedures
- Time management skills and ability to multitask
- Patient communication skills
- Service oriented
- Knowledge of DocuTAP/EMR systems preferred
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or GED (required)
- Medical office experience (required)
- 1 year experience (preferred)
- Physical within the last year or ability to obtain
- TB test within the last year or ability to obtain
