LPN's day-to-day responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents' care and safety, possible trach care, implementation of schedules per resident, and other LPN duties as assigned.

Location: Group Homes in the Tuscaloosa, AL area

• z7 AM- 3 PM shifts available
• 3 PM - 11 PM shifts available
• 11 PM-7 AM shifts available (urgent need)
• 8hr shifts

Qualifications:

• Skilled care experience (preferred)
• 1 year LPN experience (required)
• Physical within the last year or ability to obtain
• TB test within the last year or ability to obtain

License/Certifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
