WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Patrol assigned areas to enforce parking regulations, including monitoring for unauthorized parking.
• Provide friendly and helpful assistance to employees and visitors regarding parking regulations, available parking spaces, and alternative parking options.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and complaints from employees and visitors regarding parking-related issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to security procedures, emergency response, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct regular patrols thorough designated areas.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid guard card
• Powers to arrest certificate
• Valid government issued ID card
• Provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, work outside in inclement weather
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must have access to reliable transportation
