Job Details DescriptionThe Process and Quality Compliance Specialist (PQC) is responsible for flawlessly executing the all merchandise non-salable processes. The PQC has end-to-end accountability for the non-salable process which includes without limitation, inspection at receipt, qualifying the product via the non-salable criteria, filing all necessary documents (electronic or paper), ensuring the proper product disposition is executed, and working with the support center teams to ensure that all credits are received. The PQC must establish and have a positive working relationship and consistent communication with all vendor partners. The PQC must have day and evening, and potentially some weekend availability to work. Job Duties
Expert in all non-salable process; understanding them from end-to-end and ensure 100% execution
Using the current non-salable criteria assess all product to determine if it should be classified as non-salable
File all necessary documents, whether paper or electronic, accurately and within the defined time limits
Ensures the receiving team places the product in the proper disposition area
Ensures that all required paperwork is attached to the document for further review by the GM
Ensures that the GM approves all products within the defined time period
Ensures that the junk and salvage processes are fully and accurately executed
Ensures that product is relieved from the book inventory according to the defined processes
Perform product quality audits on repaired items in the Bin stage when directed by the GM
Performs other duties as assigned
