The Network Administrator will implement, monitor, and maintain the company's networking infrastructure and systems. This includes network components, firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Wi-Fi, VPNs, internet circuits and the virtual networking environment. The Network Administrator will provide high-quality support services and network problem resolution to fellow members of the IT team, users, and customers. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology professional with extensive problem solving, customer care experience and strong verbal and written communication skills. The Network Administrator will assist in evaluating new information systems, products, or services and provide network expertise for new service/product design offered by the company.
