Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping Coordinator. As our Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of products to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate carrier shipments matching the customer service expectations with the plants capabilities to minimize errors and misunderstandings

· Planning best ship method based on customer needs, location, cost and timing.

· Ability to Prepare, manage and update printing of labels and packages

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any shipping-related concerns

· Managing and Tracking shipping timelines and orders

· Assist in all plant wide inventory activities, as required

· Prepare daily/weekly reporting and provide to Fulfillment Manager.

· Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed

· All other duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and shipping processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
