Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Event Specialist to join our team. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events to promote our brand and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, customer service, and event management.

Duties:
- Plan and organize events such as product launches, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timeline management
- Develop event marketing strategies to attract attendees and generate buzz
- Utilize social media platforms to promote events and engage with the target audience
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and event attendees
- Conduct public speaking engagements to present information about our products or services
- Collect data and feedback from event attendees to evaluate the success of each event
- Assist in sales efforts by showcasing products or services at events

Experience:
- Previous experience in event planning or event marketing is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in social media management platforms and tools
- Public speaking skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience
- Experience in data collection and analysis for event evaluation purposes
- Sales experience is a plus
