• Provide initial enrollment fulfillment details to clients once full benefit case is sold, schedule conference calls with Field staff and clients and servce as backup client contact.
• Responsible for meeting and conference call documentation and ensuring all parties adhere to timelines and complete assignments so that the enrollment techs, coordinators and business analysts can deliver enrollment set-ups as promised.
• Responsible for ensuring that mid and end of enrollment reports, images, forms, other documentation and other enrollment related needs are provided to various parties throughout the enrollment process. This will often require the build of image files or other reports, password resets, etc., as requested.

Must have a minimum of three years of experience in a business office environment dealing with a variety of customer groups. This experience is required to be in the form of oral and written communications to multiple customer groups and hierarchies.
