American Fence is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near La Vista, NE

As a Contracts Admin your responsible for recording and reviewing all construction contracts executed by nineteen American Fence Company locations in over 7 states. You will also be supporting the overall operation in performing billing responsibilities. This position allows you the opportunity to perform many varied tasks that require a depth of knowledge and a range of skills.

  • $22.00 - $24.00 per hour starting wage.
  • No weekend work

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities desired:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience or a degree with an emphasis in business administration or accounting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft and Adobe skills.
