Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction and general labor. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work with hand tools, perform heavy lifting, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Perform frame carpentry and masonry work as needed
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and other temporary structures
- Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the foreman

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Laborer or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment
- Ability to perform concrete finishing, frame carpentry, masonry, and other related tasks
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

Pay range varies by experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
