- Verifiable fence installation experience
- Proficiency with a skid steer, power auger, forklift, cement mixer, fence stretching equipment
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to weld is desirable
- Skills associated with safely performing construction work such as digging, measuring, laying out fence lines, working with hand tools
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- A "clean" valid driver’s license - Chauffer’s Permit is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive for work on time, every time
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
