Sales Representative

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join the Hayden Frey Agency with American Family Insurance. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will promote and sell insurance policies to potential clients while providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our insurance agency.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals, claims assistance, and changes to coverage.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize customer retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty License) or willingness to obtain one.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
