Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and administrative tasks
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong knowledge of cash register operations, inventory control, and sales techniques
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of employees
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
