American Family Insurance is in Baxter Springs and Pittsburg, KS. We are professional, rewarding, supportive and our goal is to hire someone Full-Time to help and assist the agent and other staff in either of our local offices. Looking for Licensed Insurance Producer but willing to train the right person.

We're a small, locally-owned, insurance company looking for an energetic and conscientious person to help us manage customer service inquiries, field inbound calls and assist customers with their insurance questions and payments. Our office is located in a relaxed and friendly environment where we love what we do every day. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent listening skills and a passion for working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Take payments
• Answer inbound calls
• Make outbound calls to current or potential customers
• File
• Write Policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
