Job Description
- About the Role:
We are looking for a Security Operations Center - DFT Engineer to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have experience working at a Full SOC Level, with the ability to distill requirements from various block and chip leads, write specifications, and RTL for necessary wrapper and control logic.
- Responsibilities:
- Document DFT specifications and define requirements with Silicon teams
- Develop and implement DFT architecture and infrastructure
- Drive execution of enhanced DFX methodologies
- Verify DFT implementations with DV team
- Generate structural test vectors and analyze coverage/test time/test cost
- Collaborate with designers on STA, physical, power, and logical DFT issues
- Bring up test vectors on silicon and in the lab environment
- Manage schedules and support cross-functional engineering efforts
- Education Qualification:
BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering - Required Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in semiconductor design and development
- Electrical Engineering background
- Experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
- Familiarity with Semiconductor Design & Development
- Experience in Hardware Design-For-Test (DFT) engineering
- Knowledge of uP and/or GPU and/or Video Processing
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as TCL/Perl/Python
- Experience with Synopsys DFT tools and IEEE standards 1149.1 and 1149.
- Nice-to-have Skills:
Developing DFT specifications
Industry standard DFT and design tools
Debugging ATPG/MBIST patterns
STA constraints and their interaction with DFT - Root Cause Analysis experience
IP / Top Scan insertion (all EDA solutions) - IP / Top Mbist insertion (all EDA solutions)
