How will you make an impact in this role?

The Technology Delivery Excellence (TDE) organization within Technology Business Management (TBM) is looking for a strong Director, Product Delivery and Integration – to lead large, complex end-to-end project initiatives with the dedicated focus they demand, and who:

  • Works in partnership with Product Management and Owners, as well as the core and extended Technology teams including Architect(s), to create and prioritize the program backlog.
  • Drives processes and execution oversight for Agile Release Trains.
  • SDLC Methodologies and Practice
  • Work with key Product and Engineering stakeholders on Strategy and Delivery/Execution of the portfolio
  • Business Risk Management
  • Enterprise and Business Architecture Problem Management
  • Program Management
  • Quality Management
  • Release and Deployment Requirements Gathering and Definition Adaptive Communication
  • Agile Practices
  • Lead team of highly motivated individuals and help deliver against committed goals
  • Industry and Company Knowledge Organizational Change Management Technical Acumen
  • Technology Industry Trends
  • Builds high trust and credibility across the organization through deep domain knowledge of the business and underlying technology

Minimum Qualifications

 

    • Bachelor’s Degree 
    • 5 years of experience in Agile Methodology - Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions
    • Experience in Lean/SAFe Principles and Frameworks quality and testing best practices
    • 7 years relevant Program/Project Managementexperience

Preferred Qualifications

 

    • Strong facilitation and communication skills 
    • Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages
    • SPC or SA certification required; RTE certification 
    • Ability to drive value delivery
    • Possess a high degree of technical savvy, with a keen ability to learn about new technology quickly and easily

Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
