How will you make an impact in this role?

The Global Card Issuance organization is responsible for supporting and managing the production/manufacturing of cards, personalization/fulfillment of cards, delivery of cards, and the design/innovation of new cards for all proprietary card products globally.

This role will lead a set of teams responsible for supporting our US and LACC regions. Role will lead and manage day to day operations of card personalization/delivery, managing third parties, and managing operational projects and process improvements.

Some key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Lead a large, global operational team responsible for the issuance and replacement of all card products and for ensuring a seamless customer experience across the card replacement journey
  • Supplier management and relationship management
  • Managing supplier performance, quality, issues, and outcomes
  • Managing overall process performance and outcomes
  • Support defining and optimizing servicing strategies for customer experience and removing customer friction points
  • Ensure an appropriate governance and control environment for card issuance
  • Defining and developing strategies and roadmaps to drive goals
  • Coordinating and driving alignment of cross-functional internal and external partners
  • Collaborate and partner with key marketing and product partners from LOB
  • Management and implementation of projects and process improvements
  • Support of new product launches and product refreshes
  • Management and oversight of operating budget
  • Leading and managing teams of managers and analysts

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Operations, production, supply chain, or logistics experience required
  • Supplier and third party management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with card issuance processes preferred
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics methodologies
  • Experience developing, leading, and managing roadmaps & portfolios
  • Track record of successful innovation and transformational thinking, risk taking and ability to create step function change
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and drive change from conception through to implementation
  • Ability to strategically think and link processes, systems, metrics, and financials for complex operational functions
  • Results driven with the ability to effectively manage initiatives to completion
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, strong learning agility, curiosity and willingness to embrace new challenges and challenge status quo
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and external partners
  • 5 years of People Leadership experience spanning multiple team members required
  • Dynamic, engaging, and inspiring leader with solid track record of people leadership and employee development
  • Empowers others to succeed, develops talent, and builds followership
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues and teams working in culturally and geographically diverse environments to deliver transformational outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in teams
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated self-starter
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, across levels of leadership
  • Travel Required (up to 25%)

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
