Business Analyst

Location - Hybrid in Phoenix 40% onsite

Job Description:

• Serves as the conduit between the customers and the software development team through which requirements flow

• Proficiency in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and breaking down requirements into smaller features; codifies requirements in ADO (Azure Dev Ops)

• Documents business and technical process flow maps / designs new or modifies existing

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions to understand business needs

• Ability to perform testing and light trainings

• Can act as product owner proxy

• Must have an engineering or geosciences B.Sc. degree

Pay Ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience level.
