We are consistently looking for new technologies and innovative ways to increase NOI and improve resident satisfaction. We have managed capital projects of all shapes and sizes from demolition and rebuild to simple property face-lifts. We are agile and can adapt to an individual owners strategy whether the deal is a value-add rehab with a 5 to 10-year hold or preparing a property for sale within 12 to 24 months. We value honesty and transparency which we demonstrate by providing a detailed financial report every month for each property we manage.
