We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated job with Dollar Tree in Marengo, OH. Earn up to $103k / year with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, consistent and predictable weekly home time, and premium benefits.

Pay and job details :

• Average weekly earnings $1,300 - $1,980 per week (performance based)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out in 10 monthly installments
• 1st year earnings average $80k-90k, performance based pay up to $103k per year
• Job Type : Full-time
• Average weekly miles 1400
• Daily flat rate $205
• Unload pay $250 per trailer
• 3-4 trailers per week, 53’ dry van trailer
• Breakdown pay $100 / day
• Dedicated account with weekly home time 5 ½ day work schedule, at least 34hr reset once a week
• Home every week for 34 / 48hrs
• Truck parking at home or secure location near the shipper if available

Requirements :

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• 1 year verifiable CDL-A experience
• Minimum Age : 21 years old
• Minimum Experience (Tractor Trailer / OTR) : 12 months verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the past 3 years
• Must have a valid CDL in the state of residence before applying
• Hiring area : 100 mile radius of Morehead KY

Driving Record :

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DWI / DUI convictions in the past 3 years
• No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past 3 years
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable collisions in the past 3 years
• Must pass PSP screening

Pay : Up to $103,000.00 per year
