Managers-in-Training (MIT) is provided the skills and knowledge so they can move on to become a General Manager. This position requires a full-time commitment, both physically and mentally as this is a very demanding position. TheMIT works in an hourly capacity and may work as many as 40 hours a week in the lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. Candidates for this position must be available to work any hours of the day and any day of the week. Weekend hours are required for this position. Although no pizza making experience is required, prior retail/restaurant experience is preferred. MIT will be in training for between three months and two years and in that time will complete a series of formal training modules and classes on the path to the General Manager position. They will learn everything from customer service to people management, from product preparation and quality to inventory control.
