Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven In-Home Consultation specialising in window, siding, and roofing solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding goals/targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions in the areas of windows, siding, and roofing.
• Present and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
• Generate accurate and competitive price quotes, negotiating and closing effectively.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, activities, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success, preferably in the window, siding, or roofing industry.
• Strong understanding of construction and home improvement processes a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
