Marketing - Account Service Representative

American Direct is a direct marketing agency in search of an experienced marketing representative with practical knowledge executing direct marketing campaigns. The role collaborates closely with the account executive and cross functional internal teams while managing multiple direct mail/email/digital marketing campaigns.

The Candidate

The right candidate is proficient in juggling clients and campaigns at the same time and meeting tight deadlines. Attention to detail is a must. Enjoys the process of flowing jobs from creative, through internal and client reviews and approvals, and executing steps to make sure all marketing materials are produced and launched by the campaign date. Successful candidates have excellent communication skills, a team work mindset, and show initiative by bringing new ideas and lateral thinking to the table.

Responsibilities will include:

• Oversees the operation and production of marketing and communication plans
• Collaborate with executive, production and creative teams
• Responsible for day-to-day process and execution of marketing campaigns
• Set deadlines and correspond and interact with client to meet schedules
• Exercise strong written and verbal communication skills
• Accurately researches, organizes and interprets data and information
• Review all materials for correctness and accuracy, perform quality control checks and procedures

Qualifications / experience:

• 3-5 years of experience desired
• Skilled with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
• Bachelor's Degree required

Nice to have:

• Email & digital marketing experience
• Direct mail experience
• Ad agency or marketing agency experience
• Project management/proofing system software experience
