Dental Office Trainer

American Dental Solutions is looking for an in-house trainer to help us train and acclimate all front office personnel. As a Dental Office Trainer, you'll follow existing training modules and offer suggestions for advancement. This includes software training as well as specific job duty training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orient new staff members to office protocols, policies, and procedures, facilitating their integration into the dental team.
• Coordinating training sessions, conducting evaluations, and providing ongoing support to facilitate continuous learning and professional development within our dental office.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, providing hands-on demonstrations and practical guidance on dental office protocols, software systems, and patient interaction techniques.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members, ensuring their understanding of dental office procedures, infection control measures, and ethical practices.
• Assess the progress and competency of trainees through regular evaluations and performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with office managers, dentists, hygienists, and operations team members to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
• Assist in creating training materials, manuals, and resources to enhance the learning experience for staff members.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor individuals with varying levels of experience.
• Previous experience in the front dental office is required. Management skills are a plus.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple training sessions and responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to travel to various American Dental Solutions locations
