SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for leading the gathering, cleansing, storing, and analyzing of data, and presenting results to provide insight and aid in business decision making.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a strategic partner with Sales and Marketing teams and develop data-driven solutions to address business issues or questions.
• Partner with the Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to develop and implement strategies to champion high veracity data flowing in and out of the sales tech stack.
• Create and maintain metrics on Sales and Marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Provide leadership with ongoing business intelligence for investments, pipeline impact, and goal setting.
• Participate in projects related to data migration for corporate mergers and acquisitions, data integrity, competitor intel, school software intel, regular data audits, and partner intel.
• Lead the process of identifying opportunities to improve data quality alignment in accordance with the business objectives
• Oversee analysis of complex data issues, root cause analysis and resolution
• Act as liaison and subject matter expert, representing Revenue Operations on cross-departmental initiatives related to data quality/integrity, and analytics across all company and third party systems.
• Manage and prioritize resources and workloads by creating well-organized plans to attain organizational goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• A Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• Minimum 5 years in a relevant role for a SaaS organization with a proven record of success
• Exceptional Salesforce, Hubspot and Google Suite skills preferred.
• Ability to handle and manipulate large data sets, especially within SQL Server, MS Access, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Enjoys research and fact-finding
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quality conscious
• Understanding of client billing processes
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing funnel from lead to client
• Ability to perform the continuous collection and investigation of past and current business data to help make strategic decisions.
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience using project management software to manage large scale projects/tasks.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to stay focused and attuned to their research questions, and deliver final projects in a timely manner
