Duties
- Provide support services to Certified Housing Counselors.
- Conduct client assessment and determine best course of action plan.
- Input client data into client management system software

Experience
- No experience necessary in housing counseling services, but helpful.
- Familiarity in crisis management scenarios.
- Familiarity with excel worksheets.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is helpful, but no necessary.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivities
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and take accurate notes.

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
