The Company
Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as a point of contact for operational activities and interdepartmental meetings and communications
- Assists with supply chain management including raw and finished good inventory levels
- Identifies inefficiencies in workflows and processes and recommends and implements improvements
- Creates, maintains, and distributes various database reports, closes and audits production entry records, generates data and reporting to support decision making and planning
- Cross trains with purchasing, scheduling, and customer service to provide back up as needed
- Provides administrative support to the Operations Manager and the operations team
Education
Qualifications
- Three – Five years’ relevant experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with operational processes, logistics, supply chain management, and project management principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project coordination, data analysis, and/or process improvement
- Experience with database management software; Experience with Canopy a plus
- Experience in manufacturing industry, food processing a plus
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
