The director will work proactively to generate long-term success in the areas of hiring, retention, accountability, aligning with key performance metrics, among others. • We are relentless in our pursuit to get better every day and look for people that can help us do that.• The opening of the Boise location allows for site-specific and company-wide growth. In turn, ACA can grow its ability to support business operations and promote future progress in the next phases of national development.

Ideal candidate qualifications:• 10 years of experience in a call center environment• 5 years of experience with people management and leadership• Experience managing a remote site is preferred• Execute critical thinking am project management• Develop and motive staff driving to high levels of engagement and performance• Excellent written and verbal communication• Ability to use logic and reasoning skills• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to industry or equivalent experience
