Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and update medical records
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Perform procedures such as IV insertions, injections, and ventilator management
Skills:
- Experience in family planning and infant care
- Proficiency in medical imaging and medication administration
- Ability to perform IV insertions and manage ventilators
- Knowledge of nursing home protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
