Job Description:
American Chengyi Investment Management Group (ACIM) Inc. seeks a dynamic Fund & Fundraising Manager (Real Estate)- Bilingual Mandarin to bolster our Core team in driving business development and sales/marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and nurture relationships with financial intermediaries across the Americas, while providing crucial support in capital-raising efforts to elevate brand recognition for ACIM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearheaded fundraising efforts encompassing equity and debt financing for all company projects.
2. Oversee internal fund management, sourcing both investment projects and investors, and managing project operations.
3. Identify and maintain financing channels, conduct preliminary planning for investment projects, and facilitate external fund introduction and cooperation model design.
4. Collaborate with financial institutions, investment intermediaries, and partners to secure financing, assess investment risks, and provide strategic guidance throughout the investment lifecycle.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (MBA/CFA preferred) in finance, accounting, law, or related fields, coupled with a keen sales acumen and a penchant for forging new connections. Bilingual mandarin.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in investment banking or finance, ideally with exposure to real estate, asset management, investor relations, or investment banking.
3. Proven track record of cultivating diverse financing channels and fostering extensive industry relationships.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills and a commitment to professional integrity, particularly in high-pressure scenarios.
5. Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 +/ per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
