We may be small, but we are aiming for high goals and steadily growing in this niche market and need employees who are committed and motivated to grow with us!Job DescriptionPerform highly diversified duties to maintain production machines, pumps, wiring cabinets, grinders, motors, etc.Read and comprehend wiring diagrams and machine part schematics.Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.Perform a variety of building maintenance tasks from plumbing to electrical. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.Self-motivated and energetic to make sure all productions lines are operating at the highest output levels.Good with math specifically measurements, conversions, and geometry to address machine adjustment for change overs on tile cutting machines.Experience with tile is a plus.Disposition to work in a variety of different environments.QualificationsRequired:Experience in field for at least 3 yearsHandy with machinesFast learnerBillingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
