AMERICAN BACKFLOW & FIRE PREVENTION (AZ – Peoria) is a life safety company specializing in Fire and Backflow prevention. Our services include Fire Sprinklers, Backflow Testing, Plumbing, Fire Alarms, Fire Pumps, and Fire Extinguishers. Candidate must have a complete understanding of Microsoft Office and basic web/computer skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to delegate time efficiently based on different urgency levels.
Job Description – System Specialist Liaison
Requirements:
3 years of experience in an office setting as part of a team-based work structure
1 years of experience in Fire Department/Life Safety industry
Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google Sheets, Word, and Web/Computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organization and problem solving
Must have a valid Driver's license in good standing
Responsibilities:
Paid on-site training
Assist System Specialists (SS’s) and Ops Manager
Scheduling Site Walks
Assigning leads within set areas
Awareness of customer retention opportunities
Inbound/Outbound phone calls
Email filter assistance for SS’s
Porter and ordering of Parts/Permits
Additional tasks will be assigned to assist SS and Ops Manager as needed
