Position: Warehouse Trainer

Full-Time Schedule: Monday- Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Warehouse Trainer Contributions to API

The Warehouse Trainer's role would be to train and educate warehouse staff on various aspects of the job. This would include training in proper handling and storage of products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and teaching efficient and accurate inventory management techniques.

Job responsibilities of a Warehouse Trainer:

• Ensure new hires receive comprehensive training, including SOPs and compliance training.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance employees’ skills in areas such as inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to identify training needs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting as needed to meet evolving industry standards.

Physical demands of this position include all the following regularly:

• Standing and /or walking
• Use of arms, hands, and fingers
• Reaching with hands and arms
• Climbing, balancing, bending, and stooping
• Lifting to 40 pounds
• Occasionally lifting to 60 pounds

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass the required criminal background check and drug test.
