Position: Assistant Supervisor 

Full - Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. 

Assistant Supervisor Contributions to API

Assistant Supervisor role would involve supporting the warehouse supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Assist in managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that they are following standard operating procedures and meeting productivity targets.

Job responsibilities of an Assistant Supervisor:

• Assist in supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Oversee a team of warehouse staff providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Collaborated with the supervisor to implement and enforce safety protocols and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Standards.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment amongst warehouse staff.

Physical demands of this position include all the following on a regular basis:

• Standing and /or walking
• Use of arms, hands, and fingers
• Reaching with hands and arms
• Climbing, balancing, bending, and stooping
• Lifting to 40 pounds
• Occasionally lifting to 60 pounds

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass the required criminal background check and drug test.
