The Grounds Operations Arborist will be an integral part of the tree crew, responsible for assisting with tree removal by gathering, loading, and transporting tree debris with equipment. This is an opportunity to work with the most cutting edge equipment in the industry and to be cross-trained in several different production and tree care positions. WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL

GROUNDS OPERATIONS ARBORIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use loaders, trailers, chippers, and dump trucks, as needed
• Operate and maintain all equipment safely
• Assist with driving, parking, backing up, and emptying of trailers and trucks
• Demonstrate ANSI industry safety standards and procedures
• Learn understand and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies
• Analyze, set-up, and maintain proper traffic control.
• Responsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by Crane Operations Arborist, Foreman, or other supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Class A CDL - must be completed within four (4) month of hire
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual
• Some basic tools and PPE are provided
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Willingness to further knowledge and grow within the company
