We are a dynamic and driven company with significant future growth plans and those plans include you!This is your opportunity to become a part of our growing company and dedicated team.Position Summary:As the Spare Parts System Coordinator – MRO, you will assist the maintenance department in managing and restocking parts inventory as needed to ensure availability when needed.Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain spare parts inventory, enter receipt and distribution of parts/supplies to update stock inventories, conduct periodic physical inventories and place requisitions to reorder parts and restock as needed.
- Open new work orders and update/close as required.
- Receive daily deliveries, record, and disburse as needed.
- Obtain and record Safety Data Sheets from vendors and update as necessary.
- Support other functions and processes as required.
- Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures.
- Computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer system.
- Ability to read and interpret warning labels on containers and Safety Data Sheets.
- Ability to learn to operate a forklift.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Two years of experience in an inventory management environment, preferably with industrial equipment.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move equipment or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
