ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Clean Front office/Security area and empty trash daily.
• Sign in visitors and contractors and channel them to the proper departments.
• Monitor all employees in and out checking lunchboxes.
• Receive outside deliveries, receive paperwork and channel to correct department
• Weight in and out all trucks for shipping and receiving, ensure all paperwork in correct and going to the correct department.
• Check all ovens to ensure they are up to temp on weekends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Exposure to all types of temperatures.
• Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping, bending, lifting, and reaching overhead.
• Physical strength sufficient to move parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Sufficient manual dexterity required to perform job properly.
• High degree of attention and care required to operate in a safe manner.
• Appropriate safety equipment is necessary.
• Overtime hours may be required.
