Position Summary:

As a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, is to provide a safe and efficient operation of equipment. This requires supporting production strategies and maintaining machinery to ensure plant reliability. Troubleshooting, monitoring, adjusting, and repairing equipment problems throughout AAE are also crucial aspects of the job.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preventative maintenance includes troubleshooting, repairing, and performing hands-on maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
  • Evaluate equipment reliability and take appropriate actions to improve performance.
  • Communicate successfully with other members of the maintenance team.
  • Cross-train, learn and support other functions or processes.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and procedures, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in electrical and electro-mechanical repairs.
  • Troubleshooting of PLCs, including Allen Bradley.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
