Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Seriously, don’t be shy. This inside sales job needs an extrovert, someone who is not shy about reaching out to customers every day, to help get them the security system updates, add-ons, or whole new technologies they need for their home or business. 

In this role you will also support our seasoned, external sales team, helping them to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Experience sought: We are looking for someone who feels they are a salesperson by nature, looking for an opportunity to grow with a great company. Sure, experience in the security systems industry is a plus, but it’s not required. We’re looking an energetic, go-getter who will connect with customers and colleagues.
