Who You Are
As a dedicated Traveling Customer Success Representative, you'll embark on weekend
journeys to expertly administer our training courses, ensuring flawless execution and
meticulous oversight. On weekdays, your role extends to fostering meaningful
connections with our trainees, ensuring their comprehensive preparation both before
and after the courses. Your commitment ensures a seamless and enriched learning
experience for all participants. You will be responsible for facilitating smooth patient
experiences by efficiently managing check-in procedures, capturing before and after
photos, and coordinating appointment scheduling. Ensures a seamless flow of patient
care while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
Job Description:
● Travel to designated locations to administer and oversee weekend courses.
(limited to the US)
● Fulfill course set-up needs and administrative duties to ensure a seamless
learning experience for participants
● Provide on-site support and address any issues that may arise during the
weekend sessions.
● Engage with customers via phone and email during weekdays
● Assist customers with inquiries, registrations, and concerns, providing prompt
and effective solutions.
● Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous
communication.
● Responsible for patient check-in, photography & rooming for appointments
● Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked
● Contact new patients via Jotform to schedule appointments
● Photographing and cataloging before and after images.
● Respond to phone inquiries from customers.
● Handle calls, emails, and faxes to and from customers.
Skills candidate must possess:
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Excellent written and verbal skills.
● Ability to answer customer questions and respond promptly and professionally to
any complaints.
● Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion.
● Collaboration skills applied successfully within a team as well as with other
areas.
● Ability to communicate effectively over multiple channels (phone, e-mail, etc.).
● Strong attention to detail.
● Previous office experience preferred.
