Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic and compassionate team. The LCSW will play a crucial role in providing clinical social work services to individuals and families in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and strengths of individuals and families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, groups, and families.
- Advocate for clients and collaborate with community resources to ensure access to necessary services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in social work and mental health.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Idaho.
- Experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in mental health and substance abuse.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
