Position Overview:
As a Canvass Manager, you will lead our efforts in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our custom windows and doors in the Dayton and Cincinnati markets. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage a high-performing team of appointment setters, ensuring they effectively engage with potential customers and drive opportunities for our sales representatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of appointment setters to promote our custom windows and doors in the Dayton and Cincinnati markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to generate leads and schedule appointments, utilizing various canvassing techniques and tools.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Coordinate and keep track of appointments scheduled by the team, ensuring accurate recording and timely follow-up.
  • Oversee payroll processes for the appointment-setting team, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and facilitate seamless transitions from lead generation to sales conversion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing successful teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for lead management and appointment scheduling.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Benefits:

  • $40,000 Salary 2% of all sales generated through you and your team
