Summer Seasonal $19.00/hr.

The primary responsibility of this position is to manually perform duties associated with tasks in shipping, warehouse, manufacturing, and finishing. As a member of the Production team, offering to help others when the workload demands, treating teammates with respect and care and performing work in a safe manner according to safety policies and procedures is critical. This role has a variety of manual duties. The workload can change daily or by the hour.

• Help in manufacturing processes. Primarily in stacking and staging product

• Complete minor assembly steps. (Boxing, packaging, and kitting product)

• Follow production orders and specifications.

• Package finished product (Banding, Shrink wrapping, etc.) and stage orders.

• Inspect products for defects throughout production process to ensure quality standards are met.

• Follow safety procedures and policies when performing production duties.

• Clean work areas daily.

• Perform routine maintenance work such as warehouse/machine shop cleaning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, HSED or equivalent experience.
