The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and will jump at every opportunity to share that joy with potential trailers buyers- be it face-to-face, via phone, email, social media, etc., each prospect will be met with a professional, yet down-to-earth desire to get them into the trailer of their dreams! • Completes calls on prospective customers and assigned accounts.
• Identifies and profiles prospective customers; develops and applies strategy necessary to obtain trailer sales.
• Maintains contact with customers in relation to their requirements; keeps current on market and customer trends.
• Tracks and retains records and creates reports on all phases of activities.
• Meet and greet customers on the lot, demo trailers and finalize sales.
• Offers company services available to customers.
• Stays well informed with new products and other general information of interest to customers that will assist in sales efforts.
• Coordinates with parts and service departments to achieve full market penetration.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the General manager.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM program is a plus.
• Good leadership abilities and the willingness to learn.
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
