First shift Hours: 5:00AM - 3:30PM Pay 18/hr

Second Shift Hours: 3:30PM - 2:00AM Pay 18/hr $2 shift premium = 20/hr

"The Winder Operator prepares machines for production by positioning guides and rolls, operates and monitors bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, and adjusts controls to regulate machining.

Missions

• Preparing machine for production by positioning, guides, and rolls. Operate and monitor bobbin winders
• Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately
• String wire through bobbin winders, adjust counter to necessary footage Regulating machining by setting and adjusting controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Skills

• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes Attention to detail
• Able to read & follow work instructions Must have good hand-eye coordination Winding experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred"

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Differential pay
• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Winding: 1 year (Required)
• manufacturing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person
