Job Summary:

We are seeking, a detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team for a 3-6 month temporary assignment as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input, upload, and maintain data in our computerized systems. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be proficient in using office software and databases.

Duties:

- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently

- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents

- Update and maintain databases with new information

- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity

- Generate reports based on entered data as needed

- Assist with data collection and analysis projects

- Conduct order entry tasks as required

- Upload documents to database

- Maintain high confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in administrative tasks and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

- Ability to use pivot tables for data analysis

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy

- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

This is a temporary position that will last 3-6 months and has competitive pay.

Hours are M-F 7 am-3:30 pm
