6-Year-old boy, T/V/GB, located in Kingwood TX. Schedule is as follows MON-SAT 8PM-8AM, SUNDAYS 8AM-8PM, 8PM-8AM.

PAYRATE: LVNs: $22-$24 depending on experience. RNs: $32-$34 depending on experience.

Case #2

5-Year-old girl, AFO'S, B-PAP, located in Humble, TX. Schedule is as follows Monday - Friday 3p-9p , Monday - Thursday 9p-8am, Friday and Sat 7p-7a, Sat and Sunday 12p-7pm

When school is out Monday - Friday 7a-7p, Sat and Sunday 7p-7a, and they rest of the hours any nights

PAYRATE: LVNs: $20-$22 depending on experience. RNs: $28-$32 depending on experience.

Overview:
We are currently seeking LVNs and RNs to join our team in HUMBLE and KINGWOOD. As a healthcare professional, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of medical assistance.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Perform various nursing procedures such as wound care, IV insertion, and phlebotomy
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize coding skills to accurately document patient information
- Provide acute pain management and hospice care as needed
- Assist with case management and ensure continuity of care for patients
- Provide infant care and support families during the postpartum period
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:
- Valid LVN or RN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in assisted living or ER settings is a plus
